تاثیر چگالی جریان پوشش‌دهی بر خاصیت فوق آبگریزی و مقاومت به خوردگی پوشش رسوب الکتریکی نیکل

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تاثیر چگالی جریان پوشش‌دهی بر خواص فوق آبگریزی و مقاومت به خوردگی پوشش‌های نیکل حاصل شده به روش رسوب‌دهی الکتریکی است. برای این منظور، پوشش‌های نیکل با ساختار سلسله مراتبی میکرو- نانو به روش رسوب‌دهی الکتریکی روی زیرلایه مس در دو چگالی جریان 10 و mA/cm2 20 تشکیل شد. مورفولوژی این پوشش‌ها با استفاده از میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی ارزیابی شد. تصاویر به دست آمده نشان داد که ساختار پوشش متشکل از مخروط‌های میکرو و نانو است و اندازه مخروط‌های میکرو با افزایش چگالی جریان کاهش می‌یابد. بافت نسبی پوشش‌ها توسط الگوی پراش پرتوی ایکس و توپوگرافی آن‌ها با استفاده از میکروسکوپ نیروی اتمی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش چگالی جریان پوشش‌دهی، بافت پوشش از (220) به (311) تغییر می‌کند و میزان زبری متوسط سطح پوشش نیز به میزان کمی کاهش می‌یابد. با اندازه‌گیری زاویه تماس آب روی سطح پوشش‌ها مشاهده شد که قرار دادن هر دو پوشش بلافاصله پس از پوشش‌دهی در هوا و دمای اتاق سبب تغییر خاصیت تر‌‌شوندگی آن‌ها از فوق آبدوستی به فوق آبگریزی به دلیل تشکیل لایه اکسید نیکل روی سطح پوشش شده که سبب کاهش انرژی سطحی می‌شود. همچنین رفتار خوردگی پوشش‌ها توسط آزمون‌های پلاریزاسیون تافل و طیف‌سنجی امپدانس الکتروشیمیایی در محلول 5/3 % کلرید سدیم مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل از آزمون‌های خوردگی تاثیر آبگریزی را بر افزایش مقاومت به خوردگی پوشش‌های نیکل نشان داد و مشاهده شد که پوشش تولید شده در چگالی جریان mA/cm2 20 نسبت به پوشش دیگر از مقاومت پلاریزاسیون بیشتری برخوردار است.
