بررسی رفتار خوردگی داغ پوشش‌های سد حرارتی تک لایه و دولایه زیرکونیایی در محیط کلسیم-منیزیم-آلومینوسیلیکات

چکیده

بهبود مقاومت به محیط کلسیم-منیزیم آلومینوسیلیکات (CMAS: CaO–MgO–Al2O3–SiO2) یکی از اهداف نوین و اصلی در صنایع توربینی و به­ویژه در پوشش­های سد حرارتی است. هدف از این تحقیق بهبود کیفیت و کارایی پوشش‌های سد حرارتی زیرکونیایی پایدار شده با ایتریا (YSZ) در محیط کلسیم-منیزیم آلومینوسیلیکات از طریق اعمال پوشش­های دولایه با استفاده از زیرکونیای پایدار شده با سریا (CSZ) است. برای این­منظور، پوشش­های تک لایه YSZ و دو لایه YSZ/CSZ دارای لایه میانی CoNiCrAlY بر روی زیرلایه­هایی از جنس IN738LC توسط روش پاشش پلاسمای اتمسفری اعمال شدند. رفتار خوردگی داغ پوشش­ها در محیط CMAS به روش کوره­ای و در دمای °C1150، با سیکل­های 4 ساعته مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بررسی­های ریزساختاری و فازی پوشش­ها به­وسیله­ی آنالیزهای میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی گسیل میدانی (FESEM/EDS) و پراش پرتو ایکس(XRD) قبل و بعد از آزمون خوردگی داغ نشان دهنده­ی عملکرد بهتر پوشش دو لایه YSZ/CSZ در جلوگیری از نفوذ ذرات مخرب CMAS در مقایسه با پوشش تک لایه YSZ است. همچنین تخریب پوشش­های سد حرارتی در محیط CMAS ناشی از نفوذ سیلیکات­های مذاب از طریق تخلخل­ها و میکروترک­های لایه سرامیکی به پوشش و سپس خروج پایدار کننده زیرکونیا و در نهایت انجام استحاله فازی تتراگونال به منوکلینیک است.
