اصلاح سازی سطحی آلیاژ Ti-6Al-4V به وسیله‌ی پوشش نانوکامپوزیتی ژلاتین- نانوذرات فلوئورآپاتیت دوپ شده با سیلیسیم و منیزیم

چکیده

هدف از انجام این پژوهش ایجاد پوشش نانوکامپوزیتی ژلاتین-نانوذرات فلوئور آپاتیت دوپ شده با سیلیسیم و منیزیم و همچنین پوشش ژلاتین بر روی آلیاژ Ti-6Al-4Vدر جهت بهبود و اصلاح خواص زیستی این آلیاژ بود. برای این منظور ابتدا پوشش نانوکامپوزیتی و همچنین پوشش ژلاتینی به روش غوطه­وری ایجاد شد. سپس خواص فیزیکی، خوردگی و زیستی پوشش ایجاد شده توسط روش­های مختلف بررسی شدند. نتایج حاکی از ایجاد پوشش نانوکامپوزیتی یکنواخت با ضخامتی حدود 26/6 میکرومتر با ساختار و فازهای مناسب و افزایش زبری با افزودن نانوذرات به پوشش ژلاتین بود. اندازه­گیری­های الکتروشیمیایی نشان داد نمونهTi-6Al-4V باپوشش ژلاتین همراه با نانوذرات دارای مقاومت پلاریزاسیون RP=5.349×105 Ωcm2 است که نسبت به نمونه با پوشش ژلاتینی با مقاومت پلاریزاسیون RP=1.191×105 Ωcm2ونمونه بدون پوشش با مقاومتپلاریزاسیونRP=5.2453×104 Ωcm2 ازمقاومت پلاریزاسیون بالاتری برخوردار است. آزمون سمیت سلولی نشان دهنده عدم سمیت سلولی پوشش­ها بود. همچنین رشد و تکثیر سلولی نمونه با پوشش نانوکامپوزیتی نسبت به نمونه بدون پوشش، تفاوت آماری معنی­دار دارد. چسبندگی سلولی بر روی نمونه با پوشش نانوکامپوزیتی نیز نسبت به نمونه بدون پوشش و نمونه با پوشش ژلاتین بسیار بهتر بود.
