تأثیر ضخامت لایه های فعال و میانگیر بر کارایی دیودهای گسیلنده آلی نور سبز

چکیده

در این مقاله دیودهای گسیلنده آلی نور سبز با ساختار  ITO/MoO3/TPD/Alq3/LiF/Al طراحی و با استفاده از روش تبخیر حرارتی، ساخته شدند. اثرات ضخامت لایه­ های­ TPD به عنوان لایه انتقال­ دهنده حفره، Alq3 به عنوان لایه انتقال دهنده الکترون و گسیلنده نور و MoO3 که نقش لایه میانگیر تزریق کننده حفره را ایفا می­ کند، بر عملکرد این دیودها بررسی شد. به منظور به ­دست آوردن بهترین کارایی از ساختار موردنظر، با در نظر گرفتن دامنه تغییرات مناسب در ضخامت لایه­ ها، ضخامت بهینه لایه­ های Alq3، TPD و لایه میانگیر MoO3 در ساختار مورد استفاده تعیین و نقش هر یک از آن­ها تجزیه و تحلیل شد. پس از اندازه­ گیری پارامترهای نورسنجی دیودهای ساخته شده، ضخامت بهینه 45 نانومتر برای Alq3، 40 نانومتر برای TPD و 15 نانومتر برای MoO3 تعیین شد. با بهینه­ سازی ضخامت لایه­ ها کارایی دیود به واسطه افزایش توازن الکترون-حفره در فصل مشترک لایه گسیلنده و انتقال دهنده حفره، بهبود داده شد. از منحنی مشخصه چگالی جریان – ولتاژ، مقدار ولتاژ آستانه برای دیود بهینه شده (V) 9/3 تعیین شد که مقدار آن در دیودهای نورگسیل آلی حائز اهمیت است. همچنین بر اساس نتایج الکترولومینسانسی برای دیود نور گسیل آلی بهینه شده، حداکثر بازده جریان (cd/A) 1/2، بیشینه لومینسانس (cd/m2  )7530 و بیشترین شدت تابشی در طول موج حدود nm 530 اندازه­ گیری شد.
