ارزیابی سختی و رفتار تریبولوژیکی پوشش هیبریدی Ni-B4C-WS2 تولید شده با آبکاری الکتریکی
هدف از این پژوهش همرسوبی الکتریکی ذرات سخت کاربید بور (B4C) و ذرات روانکار سولفید تنگستن (WS2) بر زیر لایه مسی و ایجاد پوشش نانو کامپوزیتی Ni-B4C-WS2 و ارزیابی سختی و رفتار تریبولوژیکی پوشش نانو کامپوزیتی حاصل بوده است. جهت بررسی ریزساختاری از میکروسکوپ الکترونی گسیل میدان (FESEM)و جهت ارزیابی سختی و رفتار تریبولوژیکی به ترتیب از سختی سنج ویکرز و آزمون پین روی دیسک استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که پوشش کامپوزیتی هیبریدی نسبت به پوششهای کامپوزیتی تک ذرهای ریز دانهتر بوده وتوزیع بهتری از ذرات کاربید بور و سولفید تنگستن دارد. سختی پوشش هیبریدی 461 ویکرز به دست آمد که نسبت به دو پوشش دیگر سختی بالاتری دارد. همچنین کمترین کاهش وزن پس از آزمون سایش به مسافت لغزش 800 متر در پوشش هیبریدی به میزان 1 میلی گرم به دست آمد که نسبت به دو پوشش دیگر پایینتر بود. همچنین کمترین ضریب اصطکاک برای پوشش هیبریدی به میزان 53/0 به دست آمد.

بارگذاری آرایه نانومیلههای ZnO با فیلم نازک اکسید مس: یکسوسازی و فعالیت فوتوکاتالیستی
در کار حاضر، ساختار نامتجانس دو مؤلفهای از آرایه نانومیلههای اکسید روی (ZnO NRs) و ساختارهای اکسید مس (CuO) رشد داده میشود. نانومیله-های یک بعدی ZnO به کمک لایه جوانهزنی بهوسیلهی روش شیمیاییتر در دمای پایین رشد داده میشوند. سپس فیلم نازک اکسید مس با اکسایش حرارتی فیلم نازک Cu نهشتشده با کندوپاش مگنترونی بر ZnO NRs به منظور افزایش و گسترش جذب اپتیکی در ناحیه مرئی تشکیل میشود. مشخصههای نوری، ساختاری، ریختی، الکتریکی و چگونگی فصلمشترک ساختار نامتجانس ZnO NRs/CuO TF به وسیلهی آنالیزهای طیفسنجی UV-Vis-near IR، پراش-سنجی پرتو X (XRD)، میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی- گسیل میدانی/ طیفسنجی تفکیک انرژی پرتو X (FE-SEM / EDX) و اندازهگیری مشخصه جریان- ولتاژ مطالعه میشوند. با اکسایش حرارتی فیلم نازک Cu برZnO NRsدر بازه دمایی °C600-200 باعث تشکیل ساختار نامتجانس ZnO NRs/CuO TFمیشود.جذب پیوند ZnO NRs/CuO TF نسبت به ZnO NRs لخت در ناحیه مرئی افزایش مییابد فعالیت فوتوکاتالیستی ساختارهای نامتجانس ZnO NRs/CuO از طریق کاهش رودامینبی (RhB) تحت تابش نور UV و مرئی بررسی شد..فعالیت فوتوکاتالسیتی و آهنگ تخریب RhB توسطZnO NRs/CuOTFنسبت به ZnO NRs لخت افزایش قابل توجهی مییابد.

بررسی اثر شار گاز استیلن در ترکیب پلاسما بر خواص ساختاری و اپتیکی لایه نازک سیلیکای آلاییده با کربن
در این تحقیق لایههای نازک سیلیکاتی و سیلیکای آلاییده با کربن به روش پلیمریزاسیون پلاسمایی با استفاده از دستگاه کوپل خازنی در فرکانس رادیویی و روی زیرلایههای سیلیسیومی انباشت شدند. برای تولید لایهها از ماده اولیه به صورت مایع آلی-سیلیکاتی TEOS استفاده شد و بخار آن با گازهای اکسیژن و استیلن با نسبت شارهای مشخص ترکیب شد. به منظور افزودن عنصر کربن به درون لایههای سیلیکاتی، گاز استیلن در ترکیب گازی پلاسما افزوده شد. تأثیر شار گاز استیلن بر ضخامت و ضریب شکست لایهها با استفاده از آزمون بیضیسنجی طیفی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. علاوه بر این، به منظور بررسی میزان تغییر شفافیت لایهها، جذب اپتیکی آنها نیز با همین روش آزمون تعیین شد. بررسی ریختشناسی سطح لایهها با استفاده از میکروسکوپ نیروی اتمی نشان داد که افزایش شار گاز استیلن در ترکیب پلاسما، موجب افزایش زبری سطح لایهها از 0.1 نانومتر تا 5.3 نانومتر شد. همچنین، نتایج مشخصهیابی اپتیکی نشان داد که افزایش گاز استیلن در ترکیب پلاسما موجب افزایش ضریب شکست لایهها از 1.447 تا 1.485 و همچنین افزایش ضریب جذب اپتیکی آنها از 0.8% تا 9.2% شده است. برای ترکیب شدن عناصر کربنی در لایه سیلیکاتی و تغییر خواص آن، اثر افزایش شار گاز استیلن با اثر کاهش اکسیژن در ترکیب پلاسما مقایسه شد.

در پژوهش حاضر، پوششهای ژرمانیوم-کربن (Ge1-x-Cx) به وسیله فرایند رسوبدهی شیمیایی بخار به کمک پلاسما (PECVD) با استفاده از پیشمادههای گازی GeH4 و CH4 روی زیرلایههای سیلیسیومی و شیشهای رسوب داده شدند. به منظور بررسی پایداری محیطی پوششها، از آزمون مه نمکی استفاده شد. به منظور مشخصهیابی ریزساختاری و پیوندی پوششها به ترتیب از میکروسکپ الکترونی روبشی گسیل میدانی (FESEM) مجهز به طیفسنج تفکیک انرژی (EDS) و طیفسنج فوتوالکترون پرتو ایکس (XPS) استفاده شد. بررسی کیفیت فیزیکی نمونهها پس از گذشت 24 ساعت قرارگیری در معرض مه نمکی، پایداری بسیار مناسب تمام پوششهای ژرمانیوم-کربن رسوب داده شده در شرایط مختلف را نشان داد؛ به گونهای که هیچ اثری از کنده شدن، پوسته شدن، ترک برداشتن و تاول زدن روی نمونهها مشاهده نشد. ارزیابیهای میکروسکپی الکترونی روبشی از سطح رویی پوششها نیز این موضوع را اثبات کرد. تنها برای پوشش Ge1-x-Cx غنی از کربن، بخشهایی از لبههای پوشش تخریب شد. سازوکار تخریب پوشش به صورت تاول زدن و توسعه ترک به واسطه نفوذ مولکولهای آب به فصل مشترک آزاد پوشش/ زیرلایه تشخیص داده شد.

بهبود خواص سطحی فولاد ابزار H13 AISIبا لایه نشانی تخلیه الکتریکی آلیاژهای Ti-Cr-Cu
در این مقاله تأثیر پارامترهای ورودی (زمان روشنی پالس، شدت جریان ورودی ، ولتاژ و سیکل وظیفه) فرآیند لایه نشانی به روش تخلیه الکتریکی روی خواص سطحی فولاد ابزار AISI H13 شامل تغییرات سختی سطح، عمق لایه نشانی سطح و زبری سطح مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. برای این منظور از الکترودهای Ti-Cr-Cu فرآوری شده با متالورژی پودر استفاده شد. به منظور بررسی ضخامت لایه سطحی با استفاده از دستگاه میکروسکوپ الکترونی از سطح نمونه ها تصویر برداری صورت گرفت و تغییرات سختی سطح به روش میکروسختی سنجی اندازه گیری شد. همچنین جهت شناسایی ترکیبات تشکیل شده در سطح، از روش پراش سنجی اشعه ایکس استفاده شده و زبری سطح نمونه ها، با استفاده از پارامتر زبری میانگین سطح ((Ra کنترل گردید. نتایج نشان می دهند در اثر انجام این فرآیند، کاربیدهایی مثل TiC ، Cr7C3 و Fe2C در سطح قطعه کار تشکیل شده و باعث افزایش سختی سطح آن می شوند. همچنین با افزایش شدت جریان و زمان روشنی پالس مقدار سختی سطح بیشتر شده و عمق لایه سطحی نیز افزایش می یابد. علاوه بر آن، با افزایش ولتاژ ورودی، ضخامت لایه سطحی بیشتر شده و زبری سطح قطعه کار کاهش می یابد. همچنین با افزایش پارامتر سیکل وظیفه به دلیل افزایش تعداد جرقه ها در واحد زمان، عمق لایه ی سطحی نیز بیشتر می گردد.

مشخصهیابی پوششهای الکتروفورتیک نانوساختار Cux(Mn, Co)3-xO4 برای اتصالدهندههای پیلهای سوختی اکسید جامد
با افزودن عناصر واسطه به اکسید اسپینل منگنز-کبالت (MCO) میتوان هدایت الکتریکی دمای بالا و چسبندگی پوششهای محافظ بر روی اتصالدهندههای پیل سوختی اکسید جامد را بهبود بخشید. در این پژوهش، نانوپودرهای اسپینل با ترکیبCux(Mn, Co)3-xO4 (x= 0، 2/0 و 4/0) به روش سل-ژل بر پایهی شیوهی پچینی سنتز شد. آلیاژ فولاد زنگنزن 430 به عنوان اتصال دهنده با استفاده از روش لایه نشانی الکتروفورتیک (EPD) توسط ترکیبات اکسید اسپینل پوششدهی شد. براساس یکنواختی ریز ساختار پوششها پارامترهای بهینه زمان 1 دقیقه و ولتاژ لایه نشانی60 ولت انتخاب شد. در ادامه سینتیک لایه نشانی بر اساس مدل بالدیسری در 60 ولت برای نمونههای Cu0.2MCO وCu0.4MCO بررسی شد. تف جوشی نمونههای پوشش داده شده در شرایط احیایی- اکسیدی در دو مرحله انجام گرفت. فاز و ریزساختار پودرهای سنتز شده و پوششها به ترتیب به وسیله آزمون پراش اشعه ایکس (XRD) و میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی گسیل میدانی (FE-SEM) مجهز به طیف سنجی تفرق انرژی (EDS) مشخصهیابی شد. نتایج آزمون مقاومت ویژه سطحی غیرهمدما در محدوده دمایی oC 800-550 نشان داد که نمونه Cu0.2MCO کمترین مقدار مقاومت ویژه سطحی (ASR) (mΩ cm2 2/3) با انرژی فعالسازی ماکزیمم kJ/mole2/48Ea= را نشان داد.
