مطالعه برگشت نانو قطره در برخورد به سطح توسط شبیه سازی دینامیک مولکولی
پوششهای نانویی به علت مقاومت بالا در برابر خوردگی و حرارت، کاربرد وسیعی در سال های اخیر پیدا کرده اند. برگشت نانو قطره پس از برخورد به سطح، یکی از مهمترین پارامترها در ایجاد پوشش های نانویی ناقص و خراب میباشد. جدایش و یا برگشتن نانو قطره از روی سطح بستگی به عوامل فیزیکی مختلفی دارد که از مهمترین آن ها می توان به قطر، سرعت و زاویه برخورد نانو قطره به سطح اشاره کرد. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی پدیده برگشت نانو قطره از روی سطح و بررسی روش های جلوگیری از آن برای ایجاد پوشش های یکنواخت و با کیفیت می باشد. در این تحقیق از مدل سازی دینامیک مولکولی در ابعاد نانو، برای شبیهسازی فرآیند برگشت نانو قطره از روی سطح استفاده شده است. ابتدا نانو قطره و سپس صفحه برخورد شبیه سازی و ساخته شده و بعد از آن از الگوریتم ورله برای مدل سازی این پدیده استفاده گردیده است. نتایج نشان می دهد که با افزایش قطر نانوقطره مقدار سرعت حدی که در آن پدیده جدایش و برگشت رخ میدهد افزایش مییابد. همچنین با افزایش قطر قطره، سرعت برگشت و جدایش نانوقطره به صورت خطی و با شیبی نزدیک به 45 درجه افزایش یافته است. از نتایج به دست آمده مشاهده میشود که با کاهش زاویه برخورد نانوقطره نسبت به سطح، احتمال برگشت آن از روی سطح کم میگردد.

ترسیب الکتروشیمیایی و بررسی مقاومت به خوردگی پوششهای نانوکامپوزیتی Ni-W-P/SiO2
در این تحقیق، پوششهای نانوکامپوزیتی Ni-W-P/SiO2 با همرسوبی الکتروشیمیایی نانوذرات SiO2 با آلیاژ Ni-W-P و در محلولهایی با مقادیر مختلف این نانوذرات بر روی سطح مس ایجاد شده اند. ترکیب و ساختار پوششها با استفاده از میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی (SEM)و طیف سنجی پراش انرژی پرتو ایکس (EDS)مطالعه شد. نتایج نشان داد که مشارکت نانوذرات سیلیس در پوشش های کامپوزیتی Ni-W-P/SiO2 موجب افزایش یکنواختی و صافی سطح پوششها می شود. تکنیک های پتانسیل مدار باز (OCP)، طیف سنجی امپدانس الکتروشیمیایی (EIS) و پلاریزاسیون تافل در محلول NaCl %5/3 جهت ارزیابی مقاومت به خوردگی این پوششها استفاده شد. نتایج این مطالعات نشان داد که پوششهای نانوکامپوزیتی حاصل در مقایسه با پوشش آلیاژی Ni-W-P از مقاومت به خوردگی بسیار بالاتری برخوردارند. با افزودن نانو ذرات SiO2 به محلول پوشش دهی در ابتدا مقاومت به خوردگی افزایش و سپس به دلیل آگلومره شدن نانو ذرات کاهش می یابد. بیشترین مقاومت به خوردگی برای پوشش کامپوزیتی سنتز شده از محلولی حاوی g/L9 از نانو ذراتSiO2 بدست آمد. از دلایل اصلی مقاومت به خوردگی بالای این پوشش می توان به دارا بودن بیشترین مقدار ذرات تقویت کننده SiO2 درماتریکس فلزی و ساختاری نانومتری و فاقد عیوب سطحی و میکروترک اشاره کرد.

مشخصهیابی لایههای نازک Cu2ZnSnS4 ایجاد شده به روش رسوب فیزیکی بخار تبخیر آنی
در این پژوهش لایههای نازک نیمهرسانای Cu2ZnSnS4 توسط رسوب لایههای آلیاژی مس-روی-قلع روی زیرلایه شیشه به روش رسوب فیزیکی بخار تبخیر آنی و سپس آنیل لایهها در اتمسفر حاوی گوگرد ساخته شدند. تاثیر پارامترهای فرآیند بر ترکیب شیمیایی، ساختار، مورفولوژی و جذب نوری لایههای نازک ساخته شده پیش و پس از عملیات حرارتی گوگرددهی با استفاده از پراش پرتو ایکس، طیفسنجی رامان، میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی و طیف-سنجی فرابنفش-مرئی مطالعه شد. یافتههای پراش پرتو ایکس و طیفسنجی رامان نشان داد CZTS کستریت فاز غالب در لایههای نازک آنیل شده است. با این وجود نتایج طیفسنجی فرابنفش-مرئی حاکی از آن است که فازهای ثانویه موجود بر رفتار نوری لایههای نازک موثر است. ایجاد خواص بهینه در لایه-های نازک CZTS نیازمند انتخاب صحیح متغیرهایی مانند ترکیب پودر اولیه PVD، مقدار گوگرد، دما و زمان گوگرددهی است. به دلیل پیچیدگی نحوه تاثیر این متغیرها بر ساختار و خواص لایههای نازک از روش طراحی آزمایش تاگوچی برای تعیین میزان اهمیت هر متغیر و نیز انتخاب بهترین ترکیب از متغیرهای فرآیند برای ایجاد گاف انرژی بهینه در لایههای نازک CZTS استفاده شد. نمونه ساخته شده بر اساس پارامترهای پیشنهادی روش تاگوچی کمترین مقدار گاف انرژی، eV 1/56، را نشان داد.

بررسی خواص نوری، ساختاری و الکتریکی لایههای نازک Cu-DLC لایه نشانی شده به روش کندوپاش مغناطیسی جریان مستقیم و فرکانس رادیویی همزمان
در این مقاله ساختار شیمیایی و خواص الکتریکی، نوری لایههای آمورف کربنی با تلقیح مس که با استفاده همزمان از روش کندوپاش مغناطیسی جریان مستقیم و فرکانس رادیویی سنتز شدهاند و رابطه آنها با عناصر فعال شیمیایی تولید شده در پلاسما مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. اثر تغییر توان منبع تغذیه جریان مستقیم با ثابت نگه داشتن توان منبع تغذیه فرکانس رادیویی بر روند تغییرات لایه مطالعه شده است. طیفسنجی رامان نشان میدهد در ساختار پیوندی مکان پیک G و نسبت ID/IG افزایش مییابد که بیان کننده کاهش ساختار شیمیایی SP3 نسبت به ساختار SP2 میباشد. طیفسنجی نشری نوری (OES) به منظور بررسی گونههای فعال شیمیایی غالب در محیط پلاسما نیز انجام شد و نشان داد با افزایش توان منبع تغذیه جریان مستقیم شدت پیکهای گونههای فعال Cu در لایهها کاهش و گونه های فعال شیمیایی کربنی افزایش مییابند. همچنین نتایج نشان میدهد که با افزایش توان منبع تغذیه جریان مستقیم متصل به چشمه گرافیت از 60 تا 120 وات و همچنین ثابت نگه داشتن توان منبع تغذیه فرکانس رادیویی متصل به چشمه مس در توان 10 وات ضریب جذب نوری لایهها روند افزایشی دارد. گاف نوار انرژی لایهها با یک روند افزایشی ازev 69/0 به ev 37/1 همراه میباشد. ضریب شکست لایههای که با استفاده از روش بیضیسنجی مورد آنالیز قرار گرفته است یک روند کاهشی از 85/1 تا 24/1 را با افزایش توان نشان میدهد

شبیه سازی رفتار شوک حرارتی و تنش پسماند در پوشش های سد حرارتی بر پایه زیرکونات ایتریا و گادولینیوم
در این پژوهش یک روش عددی مبتنی بر المان محدود به منظور شبیه سازی توزیع تنش در پوشش سد حرارتی معمولی و درجه بندی شده NiCrAlY/YSZ(GZ) پاشش پلاسمائی شده بر روی زیرلایه اینکونل 738 توسعه یافت. معادلات انرژی و تنش- جابجایی در فضای دوبعدی به طور همزمان با استفاده از نرم افزار آباکوس حل شد. در بخش تجربی، پوشش سدحرارتی درجه بندی شده به روش پاشش پلاسمائی اعمال شد و رفتار نمونه در برابر شوک حرارتی مطالعه شد. با استفاده از روش نانوفرورونده میزان تنش پسماند اندازهگیری شد و با نتایج عددی مقایسه و صحت محاسبات با آن تایید شد. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش دامنه فصل مشترک پوشش سد حرارتی، ماکزیمم تنش ابتدا کاهش یافته و سپس با افزایش بیشتر دامنه، افزایش مییابد. نتایج حاصل از بررسی تاثیر ضخامت پوشش سد حرارتی بر توزیع تنش نشان داد با افزایش ضخامت ماکزیمم تنش افزایش مییابد. مقایسه توزیع تنش در پوششهای YSZ و GZ نشان داد کاربرد پوشش GZ تنش پسماند را افزایش میدهد.

اثر پلاسمای نیتروژن و لیزر اگزایمر آرگون فلوراید بر ویژگیهای سطحی پلیمر پلی متیل متاکریلات
در این پژوهش اثر تابش لیزر اگزایمر آرگون فلوراید و پلاسمای نیتروژن بر روی ویژگیهای سطحی و فیزیکی پلیمر پلی متیل متاکریلات بررسی و مقایسه شده است. پارامترهای مختلف سطحی و فیزیکی شامل زاویه تماس، انرژی سطح، زبری و مورفولوژی آنها مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. تغییرهای ایجاد شده بر سطح پلیمر بر اساس تابعی از زمان پردازش مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. زاویه تماس نمونهها و انرژی آزاد آنها، زبری و مورفولوژی سطح آنها و همچنین ساختار نمونهها از طریق XRD مطالعه شده است. بر پایه نتایج بدست آمده، تابشدهی با لیزر و پلاسما آثار متفاوتی در پی داشته است. بررسی نمودارها و تحلیل آنها نشان میدهد زاویه تماس نمونههای پردازش شده با پلاسمای 50 وات با افزایش زمان پردازش تا مقدار o54 کاهش مییابد که این امر موجب افزایش آبدوستی و رطوبتپذیری نمونهها نسبت به نمونههای مرجع شده است. پلاسمای 100 وات نیز باعث کاهش زاویه تماس تا مقدار o67 و در نتیجه آن افزایش آب دوستی این نمونهها میشود. در مقابل زاویه تماس نمونههای پردازش شده با لیزر با افزایش زمان پردازش تا مقدار o69 افزایش مییابد. در نتیجه اثر لیزر اگزایمر آرگون فلوراید کاهش رطوبتپذیری نمونههای پردازش شده میباشد. بررسی تصاویر SEM و همچنین زبری سنجی نمونهها پس از پردازش با پلاسما ایجاد تغییرات سطحی اندک و صاف تر شدن نمونهها را نشان میدهد. بالعکس در نمونه-های پردازش شده با لیزر افزایش ناهمواریها و زبری سطح آنها را گزارش شده است.

مشخصه یابی کامپوزیت درجای سطحی Al-Al3Ni-TiC حاصل از فرایند FSP با استفاده از پودر فعال سازی مکانیکی شده
در این پژوهش کامپوزیت درجای سطحی TiC-Al- Al3Ni به روش فرایند اصطکاکی اغتشاشی با استفاده از پودر فعال 20 ساعت آلیاژسازی مکانیکی شده با موفقیت ساخته شد. ریزساختار، سختی و رفتار سایشی کامپوزیتهای حاصل پس از 2 و 6 پاس فرایند اصطکاکی اغتشاشی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. ریزساختار پودر آلیاژسازی مکانیکی شده و کامپوزیت حاصل از فرایند اصطکاکی اغتشاشی با استفاده از میکروسکوپهای نوری، الکترونی روبشی انتشار میدانی (FESEM) مجهز به طیفسنج انرژی (EDS) بررسی شد. یافتههای آزمایش نشان داد در حین فرایند اصطکاکی اغتشاشی در فصل مشترک پودر آلیاژسازی مکانیکی شده و آلومینیم زمینه واکنش درجا اتفاق افتاده و منجر به تشکیل و توزیع ترکیبات Al3Ni و TiC در حین فرایند اصطکاکی اغتشاشی در زمینه میشود. ترکیبات Al3Ni و TiC منجر به افزایش سختی و بهبود مقاومت سایشی کامپوزیتهای درجا شد. سختی در کامپوزیت حاصل از 6 پاس فرایند اصطکاکی اغتشاشی (HV 70) نسبت به فلز پایه (HV 25 ≈) حدود 280% افزایش یافت و کامپوزیت حاصل از 2 پاس بهدلیل واکنش ناقص و توزیع غیر همگن ذرات پودر سختی غیر یکنواخت نشان داد. مکانیزمهای سایش چسبان و خراشان برای فلز پایه و کامپوزیت حاصل از 2 پاس فرایند اصطکاکی اغتشاشی و مکانیزم خراشان برای کامپوزیتهای درجای حاصل از 6 پاس فرایند اصطکاکی اغتشاشی بهعنوان مکانیزمهای غالب تشخیص داده شد.

فولادهای آستنیتی HP به دلیل مقاومت به اکسیداسیون، پایداری حرارتی و مقاومت خزشی به طور گسترده جهت ساخت لوله های کراکینگ در صنابع پتروشیمی مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد که عمر لولهها معمولا کمتر از مدت زمان طراحی آنها است و یکی از مهم ترین مشکلات واحدهای صنعتی به شمار میرود. روش آلومینایزینگ نیز در سال های اخیر جهت محافظت از سوپرآلیاژها و فولادها در برابر محیطهای اکسیدکننده و خورنده مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد. از میان روشهای مختلف آلومینایزینگ، روش سمنتاسیون بیرون از پودر به دلیل یکنواختی ضخامت و ارزان قیمت بودن ایده آل است. در این پژوهش، ابتدا قطعات خزشی براساس استاندارد ASTM E8/E8M آماده سازی شده بود، به مدت 4 ساعت در دمای 1050 سانتی گراد پوشش داده شدند. سپس آزمون خزش در دمای 850، 900 و 950 درجه سانتی گراد، برروی قطعات انجام شد. درنهایت میکروساختار پوشش و زمینه مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت و با بررسی نتایج آزمون خزش و مقایسه با قطعات بدون پوشش این نتیجه حاصل شد که عواملی نظیر عملیات حرارتی انجام شده برروی قطعات در حین اعمال پوشش برروی سطح و یا ایجاد لایه ی نفوذ درهم در ساختار می تواند منجر به کاهش عمر خزشی دما بالای قطعات شود.
